Searching high and low for telemark ski courses with exceptional coaching? Well, we offer a range of telemark ski courses to suit all levels of telemark skier, from the beginner free heel skier to the expert looking for some backcountry tele skiing adventure.

Our 3 hour daily sessions allow enough time to access the most appropriate terrain and conditions for your learning. Having the other part of the day free gives you a chance to consolidate and practice your telemark turns or take time to rest given that telemarking can be physically demanding.

Tele-Virgins

Course Description

At this level you will learn to link your first telemark turns and be in control of consecutive, easy flowing turns.

Technical Level

Suitable for good alpine skiers who are new to telemarking or who are at the very early stages. Minimum alpine standard – strong on red runs.

Fitness

You are fit and active, being able to alpine ski all day. You can do slow, controlled lunges in the gym, you have a relatively strong core.

Tele-Development

Course Description

For telemark skiers who want to really master piste skiing. You will improve your technique which will help you experience and enjoy more of the mountain. Improve your carving and progressively take on steeper, bumpier challenges. Your speed will also increase, but under control!

Technical Level

Suitable For telemark skiers who can link basic telemark turns on green and blue runs. Minimum alpine standard – strong on red runs, comfortable on black runs.

Tele All-Mountain

Course Description

Ready to master all mountain conditions? Attack the bumps and be telemarking off-piste? No problem. Conquer the steep pistes, but with good technique and tight control.

Suitable For telemark skiers who can make single-phased lead changes on red runs and actively look for deeper snow, steeper and bumpier terrain.

Minimum alpine standard – strong on black runs and comfortable in most off-piste / variable snow conditions.

Tele Adventure

Course Description

You’re an accomplished and experienced telemark skier. You want an off-piste telemark skiing adventure. Off-piste telemarking will generally be lift access based, all mountain skiing, with some skinning or hiking to access certain itinerary routes.

Tele Touring

Course Description

Explore the phenomenal potential of the Espace Killy, but beyond the beaten trail. Tele Touring courses use short skins and longer 2-3 hour skins to get out there and experience the backcountry.
